  • Key elements of a logistics and transportation strategy
  • Understand and uncover the total costs of quality and an introduction to tools focused approaches

3. Strategies for Success: Managing Risks in Global Supply Chains, Technology, Ethics and CSR

This session will include:

  • Enhanced understanding of the pros and cons surrounding Risk and Globalization
  • A high-level introduction / review on ethics and customer social responsibility
  • Appreciation of the importance of technology and in introduction to high level discussions in AI, ML, Blockchain and Big Data
